- All products subject to 8% Maine State Tax.
- All orders must be placed directly with the store, online orders are not accepted.

- Cold items will be on recyclable plastic platters or foil containers unless other arrangements are made.
- Items to be reheated will be delivered in foil containers with reheating instructions.
- In the case where an item may be unavailable, we respect the right to modify or change the order with the client’s approval.
- We will make every attempt to accommodate dietary/healthy-living restrictions and personal preferences within reason understanding that there may be a surcharge to execute.
- Upon agreement of order, a credit card number is required to confirm order.
- Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to pick up or delivery to avoid being charged the agreed upon amount.
